It was, frankly, the worst automobile transaction that I have experienced in my 70+ years. The good news is that VW national and Jim Ellis in particular, worked together and responded and replaced a defective part (for the 2nd time) and re-wrote the contract correctly, I appreciate the follow-up and customer contact provided by Jim Ellis VW and by DeMarkus Tate in particular. I met DeMarkus by randomly approaching his desk for service. In the ensuing 2 years, he has always responded promptly. He listens, explains the work to be done, and follows up where necessary. Jim Ellis VW is DeMarkus Tate to me. He is the reason I still have that VW CC and continue with Jim Ellis VW. DeMarkus is to be respected and appreciated. More
