Service Had my 10000 mile service and the customer service was excellent. I had to wait longer than I expected due to recalls that needed to be fixed. My car still doesn’t work After taking my car for a check up to evaluate what was wrong, I got it fixed and it still didnt work when I drove it. I paid way over $1000 with Volkswagen, and they still haven’t fixed it. What a waste of time and money!!!!!! Also, whenever you call them it takes forever to get back to you. I would have been better off going to a place that specializes in fixing volkswagen instead of the dealership. More

My service advisor, Arianna Durham not only answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner, she made me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived until I departed. She met me at my vehicle, greeted me by name, and was familiar with why I was there and what needed to be done. She kept me updated on the repair process and answered all my questions before I could ask them. Also, the valets did an awesome job washing my Tiguan. It looked like the day I purchased it (except for all my 'stuff' inside). More
