I decided to take special care of this car due to many problems with older cars in the past. With that, I have been taking my car back to Jim Ellis for oil changes and service. Every time, including my oil change this week, have been great experiences. The team is very responsive, helpful, and eager to provide customers with the service they expect, and then exceed it. My most recent trip, I worked with Maureen Williams and she was able to quickly get my car back and have the team start the work. My oil change and service was completed quickly and Maureen explained in detail the status of my car, services performed, and anything I might need to keep an eye on in the future. Fast, responsive service on factory recall Had to take our Jetta in for a recall and was able to get a next-day appointment.
