Very Disappointed with this dealership I had strong interest for about 1 week in a red Jetta sport and came to dealership 3 times concerning the same car. I never received a follow-up call I had strong interest for about 1 week in a red Jetta sport and came to dealership 3 times concerning the same car. I never received a follow-up call from the sales person Keenan. One day I came back to review car on his off day so my son could review and I would think he would follow-up with a call but still no call. Then I come in on my 3rd time on my own and found out the car was sold earlier 1hr before. He said to me I hear you came this week I thinking to myself that’s odd he didn’t even call me to follow/up. I was frustrated with the lack of follow-up and assistance i received. Then I asked about another car on my own and informed him my budget and then the sale general manager came over to reiterate the price and was not willing to work with me.. i was planning to do a cash buy and the GM just asked me to finance instead but never tried to show other cars that would be in my budget. I went to three Volkswagen dealerships in one day and this location was the only one that was bad with no follow-up and never tried to accommodate me within my budget. I would not advise anyone to use this dealership... however there one nice salesman Gary who I did work with as backup when the original salesman was gone. Use the other Volkswagen dealerships if you want great customer service. More
Love my new car! I was hesitant going into the car buying process, it's overwhelming and stressful at best. But I love my service coordinator (I owned a VW previously) and overall, Alex made the process pretty simple. We enjoyed working with him, and we're pleased he remembered us you return. He even went ahead and grabbed the key for the vehicle he knew we'd want to see. I am not Curtis's biggest fan. He called and left a message to let me know he might be able to offer some "incentive" to earn or business. When I called back, he ran through the specs and had no idea that is already driven the car. When I asked about the previously mentioned incentives, he told me he could give me a t shirt, a wash, 0 down and possibly 60 months financing, and "send you off with a full tank of gas." I don't know about you, but none of those are incentives in my book. I'm not sure if it was because we were looking at a low cost car, or if he just thinks I'm uneducated enough to consider a t-shirt and a long financing agreement (whereby I'll pay as much in interest as I did for the car) a deal. The wash and gas are moot, as I expect a tank of gas is standard, and you all wash my car when it's serviced, so it stands to reason you'll wash a new purchase. In any case, it was offensive. All that said, my experience with Stephen is really what sold us on your dealership. Don't let him go!! More

The test drive was awesome, and we were in an out in a great timeframe. The dealership is very clean and well kept. Everyone we interacted with made us feel welcome. Though it was a holiday weekend (July 4th) and they were very busy, they did fit me in and completed wh The service staff was responsive to my needs. Unfortunately, hours after I'd picked up the car, the check engine light icon re-appeared and I rushed to the dealership's service department at 3:45 pm on Saturday. I was helped immediately, offered a loaner, and told that they'd communicate with me on Monday -- which they did. My car wasn't ready until the end of the week, but each day I received phone calls with updates and was given use of the loaner. More

After leaving due to being showed 1 vehicle and offered the bottom of the line, I received a phone call offering apologises for the day before. I did end up getting the vehicle I originally wanted, unfortunately not for the terms originally discussed. My paperwork/contract had the wrong date on it and I had to go back again to correct their mistake. Steve the GM did speak with me and definitely tried to make me feel better about the whole ordeal, and Adam and Matt ended up being awesome the 3rd time around. Kevin in finance was rude, rushed me to "hurry and sign my paperwork so he could go home"... More
