We found the staff at Jim Ellis to be very helpful and professional. They also have a wonderful facility that is comfortable as you wait. Highly recommend. Beyond the above, we chose to purchase at Jim Ellis even though we are from out of town after meeting Oleg Robu when we arrived. We typically dread shopping for cars and the far too often pressure you can receive from dealers. Oleg worked with us from when we arrived, discussed price negotiations, did not over pressure us like some other dealers elsewhere have, and was extremely professional. Once we agreed upon the purchase, Oleg took the time to show us all of the features of the car while we waited for our time with financing.
