This was the second Tiguan I purchased at Jim Ellis VW of Kennesaw, both times working with the salesperson Jose. This time around I knew I wanted a 2020 Tiguan, but I didn’t see exactly what I wanted on the Kennesaw, both times working with the salesperson Jose. This time around I knew I wanted a 2020 Tiguan, but I didn’t see exactly what I wanted on the lot in terms of features and color. Jose actually went out of his way to find the exact car I was looking for at a different dealership, and brought it to Kennesaw so I could test drive it. I signed papers for it the same day! I really appreciate Jose going out of his way to find the car I really wanted, and not trying to push a vehicle on me that might have been more convenient for him. I’ll definitely come back, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. More
