Top Notch I have to say the service department at Jim Ellis Chamblee provides the best customer service I have ever experienced while having a car serviced. I a I have to say the service department at Jim Ellis Chamblee provides the best customer service I have ever experienced while having a car serviced. I actually tried another dealer once to service my VW because they were closer to home, but opted to drive over an hour to go back to Jim Ellis since then. Whenever I schedule an appointment I always select Rose Shuck to be my advisor. She is extremely friendly and always provides a warm greeting. She is thorough and ensures I have a complete understanding of what’s going on with my car. At my last appointment I needed an unexpected warranty repair and was given the option to borrow a car for a couple hours or be driven somewhere. A very nice gentleman (Donny, I believe) drove me to the mall and picked me up promptly at my designated time. I will continue to service my car there and recommend to others! More

Rose provides excellent service I accompanied my teenage daughter while she dropped off her Jetta for regular maintenance. She communicated simply and clearly to my daughter. She also discovered that the ignition cylinder seemed hard to turn and made sure to get that replaced while the vehicle is still under warranty (which expires next month).
