I made arrangements to drop the vehicle off the morning after I called, and the vehicle was ready that afternoon. Rose kept in touch with me throughout the day, via text, and kept me updated. Rose Shuck & Ryan Barry Great Customer Service I brought our vehicle in for a fluid leak. It was discovered that the lower oil pan was defective. Rose explained that they would have to order a new I brought our vehicle in for a fluid leak. It was discovered that the lower oil pan was defective. Rose explained that they would have to order a new oil pan, which would be in the next day for our 2019 VW, Tiguan.. She also got us a loaner vehicle & she explained that Ryan Barry, would follow up & keep me in the loop because she would not be in when the vehicle was ready. I appreciated that knowing that the service consultants were working in concert to get our vehicle repaired. Barry, notified me when the vehicle was ready for delivery. He walked me out to the vehicle to explain what was done & discuss any issues I might have. The vehicle was washed.
