All of the service people I encountered - from the gentleman who greeted me and opened the door to the service desk to Rose to Will- were absolute professionals and provided the highest customer service. I told Will that I was so happy that I had driven 40 minutes from Smyrna as my experience with my local VW dealership service was nowhere near the wonderful experience I received at Jim Ellis VW!
