Just a Battery I texted Rose Shuck at JE Volkswagen Monday after having taken Uber to work due to an aging dead battery in my 2012 Tiguan. When I arrived, Scott told me she’d been expecting me & would be right back. She appeared in less than a minute & got it organized. Sure enough the battery had to be replaced. It was quick, easy & painless. I was in and out in less than hour, And, she even got it washed too! Can’t ask for more than that!! Thanks Rose 🌹! More

My second experience with Rose (Shuck), was exemplary. Start to finish my experience was well above my expectations. Rose was professional, courteous, and kept me totally in the communications loop. In addition to superb service, her attention to detail identified a small defect in one of my tires that I had not previously observed on my front, drivers side tire. That could have been disastrous. As a result of my previous career as a nuclear evaluator, I typically do not give the top rating. In this case Rose and the support organization get the best rating and I have nothing to offer for improvement. Additionally, “World” (one of the entry bay support individuals) provided excellent support helping me to understand the “loaner”. I asked one question, he got in the car and gave me a complete introduction to its features. The Jim Ellis culture is admirable! More
