Service is done in a timely manner and people keep a constant check on you to keep you updated as to what is happening. Great experience! I don't really like dealerships, and I'm not a real fan of writing reviews either. But I am really satisfied with the service I get at the Jim Ellis V I don't really like dealerships, and I'm not a real fan of writing reviews either. But I am really satisfied with the service I get at the Jim Ellis VW. I never get the feeling I'm being pushed into a sale. I get text updates at each stage of repair. They have work stations with free wi-fi. They have donuts and coffee and TV in the waiting room. Everything here feels different than other dealers and makes the wait, the expense, and the trouble a little better. So here's a shout out for good service, good amenities, and nice experience. He asked the right questions and communicated well, ensuring I understood everything they were going to do. Ryan noticed I was due for a service in a month, so asked if I wanted to do that whilst I was already there which I agreed to. Within 3 hours of drop off, I had my car back, fixed and on the road.
