Great experience! I don't really like dealerships, and I'm not a real fan of writing reviews either. But I am really satisfied with the service I get at the Jim Ellis V I don't really like dealerships, and I'm not a real fan of writing reviews either. But I am really satisfied with the service I get at the Jim Ellis VW. I never get the feeling I'm being pushed into a sale. I get text updates at each stage of repair. They have work stations with free wi-fi. They have donuts and coffee and TV in the waiting room. Everything here feels different than other dealers and makes the wait, the expense, and the trouble a little better. So here's a shout out for good service, good amenities, and nice experience. Excellent service experience with Ryan Barry I took my VW Golf in to have it looked at, due to a rattling noise coming from the front of the vehicle. Ryan Barry was assigned to me to assist. He asked the right questions and communicated well, ensuring I understood everything they were going to do. Ryan noticed I was due for a service in a month, so asked if I wanted to do that whilst I was already there which I agreed to. Within 3 hours of drop off, I had my car back, fixed and on the road. A timely and efficient surprise My sunroof refused to close with rain moving in within hours. After a hasty ( and admittedly crude) emergency patch job I delivered my Rabbit to Scott Croston expecting a long and complicated repair. Scott reassured me that they would get to my problem and keep me informed every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised when Scott called me in just a few hours to tell me my repair was complete. The entire process was quick and painless - I will definitely be back should I need another repair! More

Jermaine checked my vehicle in and insured I would have a ride to the office. Jermaine called me on multiple occasions to keep me abreast of what was wrong with my vehicle. Unfortunaly, we needed major work done and Jermaine was patient and explained all the issues with the vehicle. I decided to complete the work at Jim Ellis. Upon my arrivial, Jermaine was still at the dealership and he explained the bill/services provided in detailed before I went over to the cashier desk to make my payment. As I was driving home, I had additional questions and I didn't hesitate to call Jermaine. He answered my call and answered all my questions. Jermaine even gave me a follow up call the following morning as he was sure I had additional questions (which I did) and he took care of all my concerns. Much appreciated. Excellent Service Advisors I've owned Volkswagens exclusively, and have largely avoided dealership service shops in favor of smaller VW-specific mechanics. I moved to Atlanta tw I've owned Volkswagens exclusively, and have largely avoided dealership service shops in favor of smaller VW-specific mechanics. I moved to Atlanta two years ago, and because I hadn't found a mechanic I trusted, I opted for Jim Ellis VW in the meantime...I've been seeing Josh Jamison here ever since. They do great work at this shop to be sure, but truly what brings me back here is that I trust the people on the other side of the counter. I try to stay literate about cars and what's going on with mine, but it will always be a mystery to me and so I'm inclined to be skeptical and fearful of THE AUTO SHOP. Josh takes his time to explain the details to me every time and gives me personal insights that help me make the best decisions for my vehicle. This is the place, ya'll! More
