Positive experience Took my 2015 VW Golf TDI in for an apparent transmission leak. Problem was diagnosed quickly. Transmission had to be replaced, covered under warranty. Took my 2015 VW Golf TDI in for an apparent transmission leak. Problem was diagnosed quickly. Transmission had to be replaced, covered under warranty. Loaner was provided. Rose is a great advisor, very polite and reassuring. She sent me updates often and was very patient with my additional requests. Emission modification stage 2A was completed too. Car is running great! I would definitely go back to Rose if further work is needed. More

Need help Milo has been terrific with our leased car. I am in Washington D.C. The low pressure tire indicator came on about the tires. The tires are full of Milo has been terrific with our leased car. I am in Washington D.C. The low pressure tire indicator came on about the tires. The tires are full of air but the light is still on. The VW dealer in D.C. said there is a button in the glove box to turn the light off. I couldn't find it. We are driving back to Atlanta Wed. 1/2/19. I would like an appointment on 1/3 or 1/4 to fix it. In addition The car needs new windshield wiper blades. The current blades drive me crazy because of the loud noise they make. Something is wrong. I think the blades are too big for the windshield. Thank you, Mike Mccarthy More

I'll be back. Rose was very patient and helpful in taking care of me when I had to get repairs on my car. The labor on my car was going to take a long time and I needed a rental car. I did not have a current insurance card and she contacted my insurance company to get proof of insurance. She was patient and persistent with obtaining the paperwork needed. The repairs were done and Rose contacted me immediately. She is friendly and does her job well. More

Rose is a life saver! Rose is a lifesaver. She knows me, my car, my needs, etc. Every time I have an appointment she gives me the estimate before service and will list any Rose is a lifesaver. This time I had a dead battery and engine rattling that appeared suddenly. I called her in a panic on my way to the shop on a Friday morning and she said "don't worry Ms. -. Come straight here and we will handle everything." I was in and out within 3 hours. More
