Found an interesting VW Golf TDI sportwagen online. I am from out of state. When I called to inquire about it, Kameyah Ransom was very helpful and set up a time for me to come in and see the car when it was from out of state. Millo Antola patiently waited for us to arrive (late), then patiently made everything happen for us to drive that car home at the end of the day. He knows how to make happen what needs to happen! He is low-key, relaxed, and clearly knows a LOT about VWs, especially the one I selected. He drives the same model! We brought our dog to be sure that he would be able to get in/out of the back of the car. Also to be sure that his crate would fit well. He is a pretty big dog. The young woman at the front desk was so kind to bring him water and make sure that he wasn't burning his feet on the hot pavement while we were looking at the car. Our dog was quite welcome at Jim Ellis VW. The transaction took a bit longer than expected, but it all came out fine in the end. The dog approved of his new dog-mobile and rode home asleep in the back. More

Myles made my experience at Jim Ellis truly unbeatable. I tried to work with my local dealerships, but never received the quality service that I hoped for. After connecting with Myles the first time, he cont tried to work with my local dealerships, but never received the quality service that I hoped for. After connecting with Myles the first time, he continually checked in and kept me informed of new inventory and or price drops. The 3 hour distance didn’t change a thing, as Jim Ellis included a complimentary drop off and pick up of my trade in. The service was.a 10/10 and I will most definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future as well as reach out for other vehicle needs that I may have. More

The best and most hassle free car buying experience in recent memory. I called and asked for an expert on remote sales and was connected to Anna Loerke (Internet Sales).. I told her my expectations and sh recent memory. I called and asked for an expert on remote sales and was connected to Anna Loerke (Internet Sales).. I told her my expectations and she didn’t let me down. I really thought it was going to be harder than I expected.Anna set everything up with no stress and Marco finished the sale. I am an out of state buyer and requested pickup from Kennesaw location. Anna stopped me before I could get the address and informed me it would delivered to my house 2 hours away at no charge. The driver (didn’t get his name) was extremely professional and we signed the paperwork in my driveway. The trade in value on my vehicle was excellent. After ten minutes, I tossed him the keys to my trade in and we were off to explore our new Cross Sport. Looked for this vehicle for a long time (SEL Premium w/ Pure Gray) and their deal could not have been matched. Anna was the best at setting it up and Marco followed through flawlessly. Marco even gave a FaceTime tour and answered calls the next day about setting up vehicle options. I told him I would see him in five years for my next vehicle. Definitely on my nice list and that is a rare feat these days. More

Myles was a pleasure to work with - we were buying my daughter her first car, and he was very balanced, low pressure but knowledgeable.
