I went to get my car serviced (oil change) and Rich Truong greeted me very warmly, he is very frie This is the best VW dealership that I have been to! I went to get my car serviced (oil change) and Rich Truong greeted me very warmly, he is very friendly and upbeat. He intently listen to my concerns regarding my car; he advised that he was going to have his tech check out my car inside and out. Though they were busy when I return to pick up my car, Rich acknowledge my presence and let me know there was going to be a bit of a wait time. I passed my time in their nice lobby, my car was pulled around and Rich went over all the things that they did to my car and advised of fruture services that I would need soon, the one thing I liked about Rich is that he wasn't pushy to get the services down but he did express his concerns. I definitely will comem back to this dealership to get all my car needs done due to the friendly and honest customer service. More

Recently my wife and I decided to take a trip on short notice up to Atlanta. Wouldn't you know our car was acting a little funny. Swung by Jim Ellis to have them take a look, not only were they able to identify the problems very quickly but the staff (specifically Josh Jamison) was very knowledgable. Was even able to show my what it was I was doing wrong with the care of the car. We can not always service our vehicles with Jim Ellis VW because of the distance, but if I could I would.
