I contacted them on the website and got a friendly call the next day offering to help me any way they could. They weren’t pushy, but made sure they’d love to show me the car. We went on Saturday morning with our trade-in and a number in our head. It was a busy Saturday and things moved a little slowly, but when they offered a deal that met our number we had no reason not to buy the car. They cleaned it up and had it ready to go. The paperwork went well, and although they were obligated to offer the usual high-priced extended warranty and protection packages, they weren’t pushy at all when we declined. Trey Shaw did a great job on the test drive and answering questions. The whole transaction was easy and we were treated well. That’s why this is the fourth car I’ve traveled from Alabama to buy fron the Jim Ellis group. More

I found the car I was interested in but couldn't find calendar time to get all the family to the dealership so they brought the car to me. When we settled on a price a few weeks later, I told them I had experienced the "all day" version of buying a vehicle and I had experienced the 30 minute version so I was interested in the quick version. I gave them information over the phone, they picked me up from home so I could do this solo and when i got to the dealership I was there about 20 minutes. Paper work was ready, car was detailed, tank was full of gas - according to all my previous research I received a great deal with a CPO Tiguan. Very Happy with Ellis VW and Trey Shaw I was very nervous as this is the first time I've purchased a car long distance, but it turned out wonderfully! I had a very specific list of what I I was very nervous as this is the first time I've purchased a car long distance, but it turned out wonderfully! I had a very specific list of what I wanted (including a manual transmission) so it took me a very long time to find the car. Trey was extremely communicative and kept me in the loop at all times, and they worked with me on pricing. Transportation was pricey, but cheaper than my flying out to Georgia and driving back. The car arrived (Victor, the transport driver was very prompt, courteous and helpful) and it was as promised. A little bit of cosmetic damage, but nothing serious and I expected that in a 4 year old car. I am very happy with Gunter (my new Jetta) and I see myself driving him for a long time!
