I was ready to give up for the day - it was hot and muggy - but I remembered that I had received a text message from Millo at Jim Ellis VW. My friend and I decided to just check out the inventory at the dealership online, and I found a car that met all of my criteria. I sent Millo a text, and he told me to get right in because it wasn't going to last. My hopes were not up, since I had already been disappointed that day, but I went and the car was everything as advertised. Millo took the time to make me comfortable with the decision to buy. He was attentive, personable, and never once seemed like he was trying to push me into a deal. He treated me like a sister, making sure I understood everything before completing the sale. I drove off with a new car that afternoon. I would highly recommend not only the dealership, but specifically Millo Antola, to anyone buying a car. I contacted them on the website and got a friendly call the next day offering to help me any way they could. They weren’t pushy, but made sure they’d love to show me the car. We went on Saturday morning with our trade-in and a number in our head. It was a busy Saturday and things moved a little slowly, but when they offered a deal that met our number we had no reason not to buy the car. They cleaned it up and had it ready to go. The paperwork went well, and although they were obligated to offer the usual high-priced extended warranty and protection packages, they weren’t pushy at all when we declined. Trey Shaw did a great job on the test drive and answering questions. The whole transaction was easy and we were treated well. That’s why this is the fourth car I’ve traveled from Alabama to buy fron the Jim Ellis group. More

I found the car I was interested in but couldn't find calendar time to get all the family to the dealership so they brought the car to me. When we settled on a price a few weeks later, I told them I had experienced the "all day" version of buying a vehicle and I had experienced the 30 minute version so I was interested in the quick version. I gave them information over the phone, they picked me up from home so I could do this solo and when i got to the dealership I was there about 20 minutes. Paper work was ready, car was detailed, tank was full of gas - according to all my previous research I received a great deal with a CPO Tiguan.
