Excellent service I can't say enough about the awesome service I received. Everyone was curteous & pleasant. I exchanged a few emails with the online sales team before flying out to Atlanta. They introduced me to Brian Bolton. Brian is such a great salesman! He sent me a text to introduce himself. I only had about 6 hours in Atlanta to buy the car. Brian took me over to Jim Ellis Maserati to speak with the sales who was knowledgeable about the car and have all my questions answered before I left town. Brian is honest and professional! Great experience! I don't really like dealerships, and I'm not a real fan of writing reviews either. But I am really satisfied with the service I get at the Jim Ellis V I don't really like dealerships, and I'm not a real fan of writing reviews either. But I am really satisfied with the service I get at the Jim Ellis VW. I never get the feeling I'm being pushed into a sale. I get text updates at each stage of repair. They have work stations with free wi-fi. They have donuts and coffee and TV in the waiting room. Everything here feels different than other dealers and makes the wait, the expense, and the trouble a little better. So here's a shout out for good service, good amenities, and nice experience.
