Unexpected visit Once again it's Miss Rose to the rescue. Recently I hit a pothole while driving in Midtown (I know, what a surprise), immediately a warning light popp Once again it's Miss Rose to the rescue. Recently I hit a pothole while driving in Midtown (I know, what a surprise), immediately a warning light popped on to notify me that my rear turn signal bulb was out. Ugh, what a hassle. YouTube it. A week goes by. Didn't buy bulb. YouTube it again. Another few days go by. Bulb still out, ugh. Was driving in the vacinity of Jim Ellis VW and thought I would drop in to see if they could fix it. Rose promptly greeted me as I walked in the door and asked how she could help. Mentioned the bulb error message and she went to the car to check the code. She looked up my records and mentioned that the car was still under warranty and wouldn't cost me any money to fix. Happy me! Didn't even care that she said it would take 45 minutes. It was less time than that and I don't have that nagging warning light on anymore! Miss Rose you are the best! More
