Fantastic customer service I called this dealership about getting an oily change without an appointment. They gave me an estimated wait time that was significantly less than another VW dealership in Cobb County and they were also very pleasant on the phone. I dropped my car off and spoke with Rose who left me feeling extremely appreciated as a customer. I asked for a ride to a nearby shopping area to pass time and they promptly organized it for me. Car was ready right on time and now they have a customer willing tomdrive and extra 20mins to get this high quality service. More

Positive experience Took my 2015 VW Golf TDI in for an apparent transmission leak. Problem was diagnosed quickly. Transmission had to be replaced, covered under warranty. Rose is a great advisor, very polite and reassuring. She sent me updates often and was very patient with my additional requests. Emission modification stage 2A was completed too.
