Pro Service, certified techs, and sincere service reps = WIN I have utilized Jim Ellis service center since 2011 when I bought my first VW. Scott Croston was my initial service agent and then Rose Shuke too the I have utilized Jim Ellis service center since 2011 when I bought my first VW. Scott Croston was my initial service agent and then Rose Shuke too the rains when I upgraded to a. 2015 GTI. She was knowledgeable and very clear in explaining the nuances of a Certified Preowned warranty etc. The service department functions like a family of sorts and they have positive dispositions even when Murphy's law might rear its ugly head. If you want cheap deals and questionable technicians try to pinch pennies. If you want your car to drive like the one you fell in love with when you first drove off the lot, dealer services are essential to maintain a vehicle that is running in top notch shape and brings a smile to my face every time I crank the engine.
