Overall great experience Ok so I absolutely love my Volkswagen CC 2.6 but as the miles pile on the service visits add up. I have been to Nalley in Alpharetta and I must say their facilities are beautiful there are many options to wait in comfort but the overall service experience is VERY lackluster. The facilities are just ok at Jim Ellis but the service is absolutely the best I have ever had in fact the only place the can touch the level of service I have received from Rose is my Neiman's Marcus rep!! lol Its always a pleasure working with Rose I honestly feels she cares and looks out for the best interests of me and my vehicle. Rose is very responsive and even follows up after the repairs are completed. More
