It had been a stressful morning, but once we met Rose, things got better and better. In the end, we are very pleased with the way Rose helped take care of our problem. So, congratulations to Rose. However, I also need to say that the rest of the staff in the service department was not so great. When we stepped in the service department, it was hard to tell if the people there were customers or worked there. There was nobody to greet us. Most people were busy with their cell phone. Finally, I talked to someone who seemed to work there and told him we need help. He apologized and went to find someone. He found Rose who came to our rescue. I have been a customer of Jim Ellis since the mid 1970's. It used to be a place known for quality, great service. I remember when we used to walk in the service department and be greeted. You immediately felt you were going to be taken care of. It is no longer the case. There is a need for great improvement. I suggest the staff in the department follow the example set by Rose. Please note that my good ratings only reflects Rose. Without Rose, my rating would be very different. More
