Whenever I schedule an appointment I always select Rose Shuck to be my advisor. She is extremely friendly and always provides a warm greeting. She is thorough and ensures I have a complete understanding of what’s going on with my car. At my last appointment I needed an unexpected warranty repair and was given the option to borrow a car for a couple hours or be driven somewhere. A very nice gentleman (Donny, I believe) drove me to the mall and picked me up promptly at my designated time. I will continue to service my car there and recommend to others! More

Rose provides excellent service I accompanied my teenage daughter while she dropped off her Jetta for regular maintenance. She communicated simply and clearly to my daughter.
