Top Notch I have to say the service department at Jim Ellis Chamblee provides the best customer service I have ever experienced while having a car serviced. I actually tried another dealer once to service my VW because they were closer to home, but opted to drive over an hour to go back to Jim Ellis since then. Whenever I schedule an appointment I always select Rose Shuck to be my advisor. She is extremely friendly and always provides a warm greeting. She is thorough and ensures I have a complete understanding of what’s going on with my car. At my last appointment I needed an unexpected warranty repair and was given the option to borrow a car for a couple hours or be driven somewhere. A very nice gentleman (Donny, I believe) drove me to the mall and picked me up promptly at my designated time. I will continue to service my car there and recommend to others! More

She also discovered that the ignition cylinder seemed hard to turn and made sure to get that replaced while the vehicle is still under warranty (which expires next month). My 22nd car purchase from Jim Ellis I bought my 1st VW from Jim Ellis VW in 1986. Since then I have bought from his Porsche dealership as well as quite a few purchases from the Volkswag I bought my 1st VW from Jim Ellis VW in 1986. Since then I have bought from his Porsche dealership as well as quite a few purchases from the Volkswagen dealerships. Every time I show up there, they treat me as if I am their only customer. Of course I know that’s not the case but it’s the feeling they leave me with. I’m sure that I get a fair deal financially but that’s not the reason that I return to Jim Ellis VW . I return to Jim Ellis VW because of the culture they’ve built inside of their organization. It is centered around respect and care for their employees which allows them to always place the customer experience first. I feel that. That’s why I return to Jim Ellis Volkswagen Atlanta.
