Great service and communication My car had been in an accident and the body shop was not able to repair some of the damage so I had to take it to Jim Ellis. Rose Shuck was my service adviser and she was great. She diagnosed some problems that I didn't know about and made sure that everything from the accident was repaired properly. She did a fabulous in communicating with me and working with the body shop (where my car had been repaired) to get costs approved. I was extremely happy with the way everything worked out. More
