One of the several things Rose manages in the process of a resolving an issue, is keeping you up to speed on the progress of resolution as well as the expected date of completion! I would be remiss if I did not also mention Leo Leyva and Scott Croston, with whom I've also worked with and are always proactive if Rose is not at her desk when you first enter the service area. Great service and communication My car had been in an accident and the body shop was not able to repair some of the damage so I had to take it to Jim Ellis. Rose Shuck was my service My car had been in an accident and the body shop was not able to repair some of the damage so I had to take it to Jim Ellis. Rose Shuck was my service adviser and she was great. She diagnosed some problems that I didn't know about and made sure that everything from the accident was repaired properly. She did a fabulous in communicating with me and working with the body shop (where my car had been repaired) to get costs approved. I was extremely happy with the way everything worked out. More
