Miles better than other VW service centers! Rose was my service tech but she was busy when I arrived for my appointment and she made sure that I was helped by Will in her place. All of the service people I encountered - from the gentleman who greeted me and opened the door to the service desk to Rose to Will- were absolute professionals and provided the highest customer service. I told Will that I was so happy that I had driven 40 minutes from Smyrna as my experience with my local VW dealership service was nowhere near the wonderful experience I received at Jim Ellis VW! I will continue coming here as long as I have my VW! More

Rachel is amazing! We were in the market for a commuter car for my husband and already having owned a VW we knew we wanted to stay in the family! She was extremely helpful and continued to follow up until we finally made a decision on the car. My husband works a lot, so I did most of it on my own with 3 very small children. Rachel was so great with them and actually helped entertain them! In the end she personally delivered the car to our house because I wasn’t able to make it down to dealership with the kids. She has also followed up since we’ve had the car to see how everything is going. We now take both cars to get serviced at Jim Ellis, and couldn’t be happier with the customer service there.
