The dealership/sales consultant takes so much off your plate and handles most of the paperwork behind the scenes. Only recommendation I'd give the the dealership would be to have 2 finance manager's on staff. There was considerable wait to sign the final papers. Not a huge deal here but as they say, there is always room for improvement! If you're going to Jim Ellis be sure to ask for Jessica, you won't be disappointing! More

The place was super clean and made me feel very comfortable. Myles greeted us at the door and helped us every step of the way.
