Toyota of McDonough - Service Center

Service Center Customer Service I have been visiting this service Center for years. My chief complaint continues to be the same. When you walk in most times the people sitting at t I have been visiting this service Center for years. My chief complaint continues to be the same. When you walk in most times the people sitting at the desks don't even look up from their computers to acknowledge you. You're just standing there looking around trying to figure out what to do. The very least someone could do is simply "smile" to acknowledge if they're on the phone perhaps or say I'll be right with you when they're finished. Also, the last few visits the service person didnt even go over what they did as far as service. They used to and along with that they would give you your keys. They didnt give me my keys. I went to my caf and couldn't find them. I went back in to ask about the keys. They service person went out and came back with them in his hand. He said, "If that had been a snake and any closer it would have bit you" I asked him where they were and he said they were in the dash board near the windshield. How would I know know that? Or seen that? A "little" thing but a big thing. While I can appreciate them trying to get me in and out quickly an overview of what they completed for that visit would be helpful. More

Rotating, balanced tires On my last service it was fast car was washed also. But no snack was out while I wait just had coffee. But I didn't have to wait long. Thanks. Service I have been to this location several times in the past year, although we did not purchase this vehicle from this location we choose to come here for s I have been to this location several times in the past year, although we did not purchase this vehicle from this location we choose to come here for service. These guys give top notch service every time we visit. Service has been so great we recently purchased a second car and we came back to this location for our purchase which was about two weeks ago.. The Sales associate/team provided up with top notch service as well!!! Yes I would recommend friends and family for purchase and service to this location! More
