Wait time & Cost :( I made an appointment for an oil change and still had to wait two hours. The price was much higher than Honda next door for the oil change. I don't need an appointment either at Honda and wait half the time. This was my first time at Toyota for services and unfortunately the last. The customer service people I dealt with were amazing and a great staff, but the wait time put me over the top, especially with an appointment scheduled. My time is just as valuable as yours.. More

Service I have been to this location several times in the past year, although we did not purchase this vehicle from this location we choose to come here for s I have been to this location several times in the past year, although we did not purchase this vehicle from this location we choose to come here for service. These guys give top notch service every time we visit. Service has been so great we recently purchased a second car and we came back to this location for our purchase which was about two weeks ago.. The Sales associate/team provided up with top notch service as well!!! Yes I would recommend friends and family for purchase and service to this location! More

Price comparison your higher I did a little research after leaving your location. I purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra CM at Butler Toyota in Macon the reason I went there to purchase I did a little research after leaving your location. I purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra CM at Butler Toyota in Macon the reason I went there to purchase was prior reasons before Jim Ellis took over but anyways I am very happy with my truck I couldn't ask for a better truck. But after I did some research after leaving your service dept. this last time I got a quote from Amanda who was by the way great the quote she gave me compared to quotes from other Toyota Dealerships is that your price is higher. Don't get me wrong the customer service is much better and friendlier but I cant see myself paying the price on certain things. I would drive back down to Macon first to either Love Toyota or Butler. More

Excellent service Our van was very low mileage, had a spiral steering cable issue affecting air bag. After review and discussion, they were able to get repair covered.
