I was not informed by him when I was informed that my car was ready. He simply demanded that I sign the service order. When I arrived at my home I read and discovered that my car need to have the tires rotated. I texted the Service Advisor why he fail to inform, advise, or recommend that my car needed the tires rotated? I haven’t received a reply yet. More

Service Provider Raymond Toyota McDonough's waiting area is under renovation and the lobby was full. Raymond coordinated Lyft to pick me up and drop me off. He could see I had Toyota McDonough's waiting area is under renovation and the lobby was full. Raymond coordinated Lyft to pick me up and drop me off. He could see I had my laptop and needed to work. When my vehicle was ready for pick up, I got a notification and a call to verify I was ready for a Lyft driver to get me. Upon arrival all of my paperwork was put together and ready for check out. 100% recommend them, especially Raymond. More

What happened to the free car wash and the nice waiting area We did not get a free car wash like every other time we were there for servicing. There was no waiting area, or free water bottles, coffee, or anythi We did not get a free car wash like every other time we were there for servicing. There was no waiting area, or free water bottles, coffee, or anything while waiting. They did not change my oil, and they said we needed new tires. However, we bought 4 new Michelin tires from this service department less than 16000 miles ago. We have had them rotated every time we have come in for service. Finally, to my knowledge, CARFAX is not being updated from this service department because it also said we were overdue for an oil change. We have previously driven from Conyers to have our vehicle serviced here, but after this visit, we will be less anxious to make the drive here again when there is a Toyota dealer at Stonecrest mall area that we could go to. More
