Recommended Unnecessary Service Repairs Jim Ellis of McDonough Service Department claimed two tires were worn to the end of their service limits and tires showed outer wear de to misalignmen Jim Ellis of McDonough Service Department claimed two tires were worn to the end of their service limits and tires showed outer wear de to misalignment even through I had an alignment and tire check done two months earlier. I took my car back to the company I purchased the tires from and had the alignment for verification and found what Jim Ellis reps said was not true. Also, Jim Ellis Toyota Service Reps said they found drive belt to be worn out and in need of replacement. Had my car checked by another mechanic service company who said the drive belt looked new and showed no wear. Took three hours even after appointment just to do any oil and transmission fluid change. More
