Your Customer's Time is Important The condition of my vehicle and ensuring timely service of my vehicle is important to me, however so is my time. I called to make an appointment with the understanding from the customer service person that it might take an hour. I had a 9am eye doc appointment 15 minutes away so I made the appointment for 7:30. When I got there, the service attendant quoted me around $500 (and more time) worth of things "it was time for." Two issues I have with this - (1) when I arrive is not the time to tell me this, and (2) don't assume that, that is what I'm doing. I was there for my 30,000 service yes, but that is my oil change. I'm not thinking or considering anything else in that unless I have been provided with good information in advance so that (1) I can be financially prepared to spend that money, and (2) to make sure I have the time for extra stuff. to be done to my car. When it was taking way too much time and I needed to leave or I would miss my eye appointment, I was told that it helps if you have an appointment. Well, I did have an appointment, so now what? I ended up requesting my vehicle immediately, and told them to NOT run it through the car wash because I no longer had time. I was 15 minutes late to my eye appointment. The service attendant was nice, but at the end of the day, I wasn't pleased with the planning, organization or proactive customer service approach. I will come back because you are closer, but I wouldn't recommend you for service. (** didn't buy my car from this dealership). More

Oil Change I was told the oil change would take about 2 hours. I had them check my left front tire for a leak and they found a nail in my tire. I was told it w I was told the oil change would take about 2 hours. I had them check my left front tire for a leak and they found a nail in my tire. I was told it would be another 20 minutes for this repair. It took an additional hour for the tire repair in which the technician put my tire on the wrong direction and did not place a cap on my tire inflator. Later when I measured the tire pressure it was set at 39 pounds and all my other tires were set too low at 31 pounds. My TPS is malfunctioning and they could not address the issue. I arrived at 3:00pm and left at 6:40pm. It that amount of time I was disappointed that they could not address my TPS device. I have to come back Saturday morning at 7:00am for this repair. Most likely a low battery in one of my TPS monitoring devices. More
