Yesterday my daughter and I were driving from north Ga to Orlando in the pouring rain when suddenly our windshield wiper literally fell off. It was a wiper installed at a gas station a week earlier. We pulle Orlando in the pouring rain when suddenly our windshield wiper literally fell off. It was a wiper installed at a gas station a week earlier. We pulled off at the next exit which was the town of McDonough. Long story short we found Jim Ellis Toyota pulled into their service center and their technician John H came right over to us. we explained what happened and he immediately got us new windshield wipers for our car, brought it over and installed them. Amanda who was the assistant service manager also came right over and took care of the paperwork and they got us on our way. I just have to say how much we appreciated The kind and friendly service not to mention how fast they got us in and out. Sometimes it’s the little things in life that are most appreciated and we really appreciated John H and Amanda for helping us out which could’ve been a disaster on a rainy day without a windshield wiper. More

We ended up spending all day making the right decision but we were made to feel welcome and accommodated. My Mom and I put the sales team through a lot of work getting to an agreement but they worked out a great car for me to take home the same day. I was able to trade my SUV, roll the negative equity into a loan that I could say is fair and drive away feeling highly satisfied with the experience. I love my new car!
