Raymond was the service tech, do not communicate with me while truck was in garage. Txt’ed him three different times in 30 intervals, with no response. This is my husband’s truck. I drive a Chevy Avalanche. while truck was in garage. Txt’ed him three different times in 30 intervals, with no response. This is my husband’s truck. I drive a Chevy Avalanche. I took my truck to Bellamy-Stickland, just to have it checked routinely. They remained in constant communication with me, via txt. They txt’ed me, I never had to txt them. Lounge area is much nicer also than the Toyota lounge. Cost of repair for this Toyota was 6K$. $1200, just for brakes. I am having brakes and shocks replaced professionally at a different garage for less than $1K. So needless to say, I will think twice before I ever come back to this dealership. More
2/24: I took my 2019 Camry in for ROUTINE maintenance. When i left, I happened to turn on defrost and heard a LOUD whirring noise. Called service depot to schedule another appt. 2/25: Showed up at 8:20 When i left, I happened to turn on defrost and heard a LOUD whirring noise. Called service depot to schedule another appt. 2/25: Showed up at 8:20 and was told this is an issue they are familiar with and they will get it fixed ASAP. Waited less than an hour and was told the debris found was cleared out and I should be good to go, if any other issues let them know. (Dee West was very nice and helpful) I get in the car tested it out (turned up the ac, then heat, then defrost to max fan speed and it was fine. Hours later I get in my car and turn on the ac....the sound is back, a little quieter but it’s back. I notice it gets louder the longer it’s left on. Call service again and made my THIRD appointment. I asked the name of the service manager because we need to chat when I get there. Looking forward to speaking with Julio Vasquez on 2/27 at 8:30am. I do NOT want Gage Pridemore to work on my car this time. I also want to actually see the inside of the area where the fan is myself to verify nothing is broken and will cause issues down the line. I plan to have this car for years to come and I take pride in and care of my stuff. How on earth do I come in with no issues on a 2019 Camry (I’m the only owner) and leave with an issue that I now have to drive out of my way to get fixed multiple times?! Beyond me. I literally have to pass another Toyota to get to this one because it was recommended to me by someone. After this issue is resolved, I will NOT return nor will I recommend to anyone. More

Susan was amazing...didn't push us as we drove on to lot and then helped with anything needed when we were ready. She and her service kept us there to decide what we wanted (used or new) and led to an all and then helped with anything needed when we were ready. She and her service kept us there to decide what we wanted (used or new) and led to an all day affair to purchase a new 4runner. Susan gets 5 stars in our book. Maybe we should have bought our first Toyota long ago. After the sale we had a little issue and Susan and Chad (sale manager?) were jonny on the spot to handle it asap and had no problem with us following up at a later time. Well done thank you for the great service. More

two and a half hours for an oil change? Really ? I'm not a morning person but I made my appointment for 8:00 am to beat the crowd. I checked in at 7:46 am - to beat the crowd. My truck is then rea I'm not a morning person but I made my appointment for 8:00 am to beat the crowd. I checked in at 7:46 am - to beat the crowd. My truck is then ready at 10:15 am! This was a 20K Service which is only rotating the tires (not balanced) an oil change and change cabin filter. It doesn't take specialized skills to do this work and most places would have had me out in 45 minutes. I can see one and a half hours at the very most and then after that I am just mad. Who wouldn't be? Does the owner/manager know that this is the state of affairs? Would the owner or general manager like to sit that long somewhere? I bet HIS time is valuable, right? I guess prisoners have no rights and I shouldn't have become a prisoner by buying a new Toyota that requires warranty-required service? Is that your line of reasoning on this? How do you expect to sell vehicles with service like this? I will say that this definitely isn't the customer service reps fault. She's not the one working in the back, and she did check on it and explain to them that I have shipments that have to go out and that I needed my vehicle as I had obligations to take care of. Who is over the maintenance shop? Do they know it takes this long? Maybe you should find someone that is watching what is happening and that can motivate people to get in gear and get the job done? If the oil change person is slow then replace them. Just tell them it is not working out and that you won't let the business go down the toilet just because they don't feel like being in much of a hurry some days? It's been a few days but I'm still mad. What a crock! More
