Customer Service Sales Rep Javon was great, very good customer service skills. Finance person Daniel not so much. Yesterday my daughter and I were driving from north Ga to Orlando in the pouring rain when suddenly our windshield wiper literally fell off. It was a wiper installed at a gas station a week earlier. We pulle Orlando in the pouring rain when suddenly our windshield wiper literally fell off. It was a wiper installed at a gas station a week earlier. We pulled off at the next exit which was the town of McDonough. Long story short we found Jim Ellis Toyota pulled into their service center and their technician John H came right over to us. we explained what happened and he immediately got us new windshield wipers for our car, brought it over and installed them. Amanda who was the assistant service manager also came right over and took care of the paperwork and they got us on our way. I just have to say how much we appreciated The kind and friendly service not to mention how fast they got us in and out. Sometimes it’s the little things in life that are most appreciated and we really appreciated John H and Amanda for helping us out which could’ve been a disaster on a rainy day without a windshield wiper. More
