My wife and I visited this location and decided on the vehicle we were interested in the same day. But, returned at a later date to test drive and negotiate purchase and discovered that the GM had deci vehicle we were interested in the same day. But, returned at a later date to test drive and negotiate purchase and discovered that the GM had decided on this vehicle to use as a demo. So, we were happy to fine out that he were out of town on business and the sales manager were able to retrieve possession of the vehicle and make available for us to test drive and purchase. I'm also excided about the convenience of the dealership being located in McDonough which is where we live for a more economical commute when having vehicle service. Unfortunately, the experience we didn't enjoy was an armed customer in the show room area walking around talking about the presidential candidates using fowl language. And the nearby employees ignore the situation. Other than that, the sales manager, finance manager and sales representative was great. I would recommend there services to anyone. More

Took my 2020 Rav 4 in to get checked out after having trouble with it not starting. They told me it was busy and would take 2 hours, and it did. Found nothing wrong, said something must have been left on trouble with it not starting. They told me it was busy and would take 2 hours, and it did. Found nothing wrong, said something must have been left on to run the battery down. Thought everything shut off after so many minutes to prevent this from happening. Oh well, if it happens again, it will be going back. Oscar was very nice to work with. More
Raymond was the service tech, do not communicate with me while truck was in garage. Txt’ed him three different times in 30 intervals, with no response. This is my husband’s truck. I took my truck to Bellamy-Stickland, just to have it checked routinely. They remained in constant communication with me, via txt. They txt’ed me, I never had to txt them. Lounge area is much nicer also than the Toyota lounge. Cost of repair for this Toyota was 6K$. $1200, just for brakes. I am having brakes and shocks replaced professionally at a different garage for less than $1K. So needless to say, I will think twice before I ever come back to this dealership. More
2/24: I took my 2019 Camry in for ROUTINE maintenance. When i left, I happened to turn on defrost and heard a LOUD whirring noise. Called service depot to schedule another appt. 2/25: Showed up at 8:20 When i left, I happened to turn on defrost and heard a LOUD whirring noise. Called service depot to schedule another appt. 2/25: Showed up at 8:20 and was told this is an issue they are familiar with and they will get it fixed ASAP. Waited less than an hour and was told the debris found was cleared out and I should be good to go, if any other issues let them know. (Dee West was very nice and helpful) I get in the car tested it out (turned up the ac, then heat, then defrost to max fan speed and it was fine. Hours later I get in my car and turn on the ac....the sound is back, a little quieter but it’s back. I notice it gets louder the longer it’s left on. Call service again and made my THIRD appointment. I asked the name of the service manager because we need to chat when I get there. Looking forward to speaking with Julio Vasquez on 2/27 at 8:30am. I do NOT want Gage Pridemore to work on my car this time. I also want to actually see the inside of the area where the fan is myself to verify nothing is broken and will cause issues down the line. I plan to have this car for years to come and I take pride in and care of my stuff. How on earth do I come in with no issues on a 2019 Camry (I’m the only owner) and leave with an issue that I now have to drive out of my way to get fixed multiple times?! Beyond me. I literally have to pass another Toyota to get to this one because it was recommended to me by someone. After this issue is resolved, I will NOT return nor will I recommend to anyone. More
