One star because the Tundra I initially drove 2 1/2 hours for was sold before I arrived at the dealership. i didn’t even get a phone call informing me of the sale. They never budged on the price, NOT ONE BIT on the Platinum Tundra I did purchase. I was told oh yeah it’s financed for 565.99 @ 4.1% for 75months. I Was kinda rushed into signing the contract. Got home the contract is at 4.27% at 78months. I’m feeling lied to and cheated at the moment. The Finance guy never went over the contract per say. He merely said your payment would be 535.99, I added an insurance thing for keys loss etc for $30.00 bringing payments to 565.99 The contract could’ve been explained better percentage rate and number of payments. Especially since I was told it would be 4,1% for 75months. More

Regular Service Not the best and not the worse service we've rec'd. Better than Nalley Toyota at least. Amanda was really sweet and did the best she could but the overall length of time it took to get the issue resolved was a bit ridiculous I feel. My time is money and that's what hurt the review. I feel I should have been in/out of there in about 15 minutes but it took over an hour. We were there ready to pay and the bill was incorrect and much more than quoted. It took a good while to get it sorted. AND If I had not been diligent and taken pics~ I would have been out the money for the over charge. So....... All in all we will be back as always~ but I think giving the service people a bit of leeway would be great! More
