A positive experience This was a visit to address a safety recall. After I made an appointment, I received reminders on my email. My vehicle was taken to the service area This was a visit to address a safety recall. After I made an appointment, I received reminders on my email. My vehicle was taken to the service area promptly. I was escorted to the customer waiting area. The waiting area is spacious and offered several options (fresh coffee, hot water for tea, chilled carbonated beverages, juices and a variety of snacks). There was a large television with several seating choices, separated areas for readers, telephone conversations or pc users. The bathrooms were clean. During my wait, two employees greeted me and asked if I needed anything. The time to accomplish the repair was less than the estimate given when I made the appointment. After the repair was complete my vehicle was returned to a garage bay near a building exit. It was raining so I got into the vehicle without getting wet. The vehicle had also been washed after the repair. More

Just fantastic!!!!! It was the first time visit to the new place.( I bought my CX-5 at the old place.) They took me when I was an hour and a half early without even raising an eyebrow. Regardless of who serviced my car, Jim Ellis’ standards of excellence always shine through whenever I am there. Work beformed on car was terrific and done very thorough and timely. Entire staff was very courteous and helpful. The dealership is extremely clean,well staffed and great inventory selection of vechile in stock. Service department washes and vacuum your vechile after each time you car is serviced. The entire dealership is very well maintained and clean . More
