Very helpful Roosevelt assisted me when I came in to get my floor & cargo mats, as well as cargo cover installed. They washed the car & filled up the gas tank to Roosevelt assisted me when I came in to get my floor & cargo mats, as well as cargo cover installed. They washed the car & filled up the gas tank to boot! I just purchased the car on Saturday so Roosevelt went through several of the features with me. He was extremely helpful, very friendly & personable! Thanks for making it such a great experience! More

Not the best experience I scheduled an appointment and still waited for 2 hours. I called to make sure I’d have a loaner vehicle available and when I got to my appointment I I scheduled an appointment and still waited for 2 hours. I called to make sure I’d have a loaner vehicle available and when I got to my appointment I was told they could not provide me with a vehicle for the service I had scheduled. Wish I had known when I scheduled the appointment so that I could have made other arrangements. 1 1/2 hours in I was told my breaks looked a bit worn and I was asked if I wanted to take care of that. My answer was no I was not about to wait any longer when I had scheduled an appointment and had been denied a loaner vehicle. The person who checked my vehicle in seemed to be in a bad mood that day. He was not very friendly at all. More

Took very long but they didn't give up. Thumbs up! My certified pre-owened car which I just bought in August 2018 started having serious issue in September just a month after my purchase date. Severa My certified pre-owened car which I just bought in August 2018 started having serious issue in September just a month after my purchase date. Several warning lights comes on all of sudden at the same time when my car was in motion. It was very scary and not safe to drive at all. I took my car there several time for the same issue. Each time I was told that they believed that the problem was fixed then same exact issue came back on again... One time, they kept my car about 7 weeks because they didn't know and couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car and took very long time to fix it. After finally I got my car back, the same issue came right back within 24 hours. At that time, I was about to give up and lost faith with them. But after that time, they went above my expectations and finally really fixed the issue! I haven't experienced the same issue ever since. I am glad that I stick with them and didn't give up. Thank you, especially Pete and Eddy! More
