Great Oil Change and Tire Rotation I've been coming to Jim Ellis for the majority of my life. Ever since I was 18, I have bought three cars from them and always went to them for oil cha I've been coming to Jim Ellis for the majority of my life. Ever since I was 18, I have bought three cars from them and always went to them for oil changes. I recently bought new tires from them which also includes free rotations with oil changes. Doug and Eddie always answer my questions and give me the info i need to make the right decisions, especially when i was selecting which set of tires to get. Even if they are unable to help me (such as with a cracked windshield), they steer me in the right direction with recommendations on where to go. More

Should have been in and out. I stopped in because I noticed a leak under my less than year old Mazda 3. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a leaking crush washer on the filler ho I stopped in because I noticed a leak under my less than year old Mazda 3. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a leaking crush washer on the filler hole for the manual transmission. I was told this was not normal and covered under warranty and then I sat for an hour in the waiting room. Had they handed me the part I could have repaired it in less time using tools I made by hand. I received a quote for a service that I intend to get a second opinion for to confirm their recommendation, but they got the other items taken care of and even washed my car both times. I would return in the future. More
Disappointed Your cars are made with such attention to detail so my expectations were high bringing my Mazda 3 in for its first service. My consultant, Jeremy, seemed to have his mind somewhere else. He forgot to include my coupon initially. After the service, I had to ask him twice to reset the wrench dashboard light--that should have been done before the car was returned to me. The complimentary "$49 value carwash" was done poorly--the body was cleaned well, but the wheel rims were not cleaned. I am extremely disappointed. I travelled 35 miles one-way, out of my way, to fulfill warranty requirements to get service level that I could have got at Express Lube and Discount Tire. More

Excellent communication detailing services provided & to be accomplished during visit. Guest lounge attendant greeted each client individually & offered beverages & snack though already accessible-& complimentary! pleasant atmosphere, sharp slick looking interior, spacious tv & work spaces! Called back straight to the service advisor and booked the service.Showed up for appointment and was told I was not scheduled but they did it anyway...good job! More
