Car Sounded Like All Bolts were Popping When Backing Down Hi Monday, June 1, 2019 I was backing down a slight hill when the car sounded like every bolt under the car was breaking. I had no idea what was happen Monday, June 1, 2019 I was backing down a slight hill when the car sounded like every bolt under the car was breaking. I had no idea what was happening. I emailed Mr. Yaga 3 or 4 days later and presented what I thought was an issue with the car. The car drove everywhere else perfectly. I knew it had something to do with that hill , but I didn't know what. Mr Yago Luangraj had me to bring the car in and Josh Bender, Service Advisor explained to me exactly how that system worked. He was open to the questions I had about it and had me to work that electric break and get the feel of it. He treated me with kindness and professionalism. I appreciate him. Now I understand. More

Friendly fast efficient Appreciated the friendly staff all around. Didn’t have my license so couldn’t get a loaner, but they got Lyft for me both ways. Eddie is the best! I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Eddie got me in and out quickly and kept me apprised if the status of the work. Never again They didn’t tell me to bring specific paper work for a car loaner so I wasn’t able to get a loaner. Heard service tell a worker that a lady called abo They didn’t tell me to bring specific paper work for a car loaner so I wasn’t able to get a loaner. Heard service tell a worker that a lady called about a check light that was solved by her son tightening the gas cap. Last time I was in I had to come back because they didn’t reset my warning ?? due to service guy hurting his back. So next guy didn’t know how & that’s who worked on my car. Our salesman was condescending to me not my husband when we bought the car. This car was for me. That’s 3 strikes disrespectful salesman warning light visit & loaner car papers. The service man Eddie was as nice as he could be but the lady at the desk was curt & unfriendly. This was for a recall and you hung up on me waiting on hold the first time I tried to request service for this recall. I went to a different dealer that day & was treated with respect. More

Excellence My navagatiom system stopped working! Several hundred miles later it started working, but I decided to have it checked out, since I was just beginnin My navagatiom system stopped working! Several hundred miles later it started working, but I decided to have it checked out, since I was just beginning my trip. The people could not have been more gracious or helpful. Everyone I came in contact with was kind, polite and respectful. The problem was solved, my car was washed and vacuumed. That was definitely a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Jim Ellis Mazda to anyone. I just wish I lived anywhere near here so I could always use them, but over 600 miles is to far to come. More
