I emailed Mr. Yaga 3 or 4 days later and presented what I thought was an issue with the car. The car drove everywhere else perfectly. I knew it had something to do with that hill , but I didn't know what. Mr Yago Luangraj had me to bring the car in and Josh Bender, Service Advisor explained to me exactly how that system worked. He was open to the questions I had about it and had me to work that electric break and get the feel of it. He treated me with kindness and professionalism. I appreciate him. Now I understand. More

Everyone I came in contact with was kind, polite and respectful. The problem was solved, my car was washed and vacuumed. That was definitely a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Jim Ellis Mazda to anyone. I just wish I lived anywhere near here so I could always use them, but over 600 miles is to far to come. More
