Oil change took 3 hours! Ridiculous Appointment was scheduled early for a oil change and it turned into replacing a tire. Ended up not getting a tire replacement and it took 3 hours! T Appointment was scheduled early for a oil change and it turned into replacing a tire. Ended up not getting a tire replacement and it took 3 hours! Tire had to be ordered. Went back to get tire replaced and it took the almost 3 hours again! Just a tire!!!! Never experience this type of service at Jim Ellis Mazda before. More

Not a very good place to get a Vehicle diagnosed or inspectd Took a Mazda Speed3 to get it inspected for a sound it made. Bought the parts from MAZDA, Changed it and the vehicle still made the sound. Took it back to Mazda again to show them. And they wanted to charge me again to check for the sound AGAIN. More
