Recall item not in stock Made appointment for ghost screen issue that is covered under warranty. Wasn’t told until I got there that the item is on back order. Was told they they needed to run diagnostic exam that took over an hour. Was then told that my brakes were at 15% and needed to be replaced. I told him that I would have it looked at elsewhere and that I needed to leave. I was late for work and I told the rep 3 times that I didn’t want a car wash. I waited an additional 30 minutes to get my car and it had been washed. I took my car to two other places to look at my brakes. I was told that they were at 50%; not 15% as your rep told me. More

Mazda dealer was to Reprogram the PCM with improved software Took my car in to have the Engine Stall Safety and Emission Recall 3719F, NHTSA Campaign Number 19V-497 corrected. Per the service receipt Service A Took my car in to have the Engine Stall Safety and Emission Recall 3719F, NHTSA Campaign Number 19V-497 corrected. Per the service receipt Service Advisor had Powertrain Control Module Updated to latest Calibration per Recall 3719F, says tested OK. Says they provided the Complimentary Mazda Full Circle Inspection. All was done for No Cost to myself. I was able to enjoy the well air conditioned Customer service room with plenty of free snacks. Great Service. They know how to take care of their customers. More
