Started off iffy, but Doug saved the day. I didn't buy my Mazda at Jim Ellis because they didn't have the color I wanted. So I drove to a dealership that did. Turns out, they sold me a car wit I didn't buy my Mazda at Jim Ellis because they didn't have the color I wanted. So I drove to a dealership that did. Turns out, they sold me a car with open recalls and 4 bad tires (brand new car). I brought it to Jim Ellis and spent 3 hours waiting for them to figure out the issues. Needless to say, I had to go back the very next day because the first rep didn't do what he needed to do to get the issues resolved. Fast forward to Doug entering the picture. He has been amazing helping me get everything sorted out. He really has been very considerate of my time and safety. Thanks, Doug and Jim Ellis! I didn't do 5 starts because I had to come back...but Doug deserves the 5/+ starts More

Incorrect analysis abd no communication. Brought my car in for transmission issue, instead of looking at it or driving it they said it needed a flush. After flush didn't work i requested them to set up fix with my extended warranty. That was 4 weeks ago and i never heard from them. Got a new transmission elsewhere. Hinestly, i should get the money i soent refunded. May be talking to lawyer about small claims. Definitely calling Mazda corporate. Customer service is friendly, just inefficient and seemingly lacking knowledge. Not my first poor experience with this place. More
