Got the solution to a long-time problem! I had such a positive experience at Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta! My 2014 Mazda 6 had terrible creaks and groans every time I turned the wheel, braked or I had such a positive experience at Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta! My 2014 Mazda 6 had terrible creaks and groans every time I turned the wheel, braked or accelerated. I took it to another service place and they could not recreate the noises so it was unable to be addressed. I took my car here and they found a laundry list of things to address and after applying these fixes, my car runs like brand new!! I travel quite a bit for my job and having a reliable car is so important! Thank you so much for the excellent care! More

Good sound service I think the service was good. Seems like there is good team effort. Like all car dealers, I felt that the cost for flat tire replace and alignment wa I think the service was good. Seems like there is good team effort. Like all car dealers, I felt that the cost for flat tire replace and alignment was a bit over the top. Also, the MAZDA towing service was too difficult to use. I attempted to provide the required Phone numbered prompts from my IPhone 7 but the Mazda system could not pick up the prompt. I gave up and called a local wrecker service who charged 85.00. Also might be a good idea for Mazda to explain that their donut spare will not fit the front wheels and the rear tire must first be removed and replaced with the donut and the rear tire placed where the damaged front tire once was. The AAA repair service guy did not know about having to put the donut on the rear tire first . More

Great place! Very good experience! I had an issue with my FOBs , and I had an issue with my informant screen. The FOBs was a quick fix and only a battery issue Very good experience! The FOBs was a quick fix and only a battery issue and the informant screen was unable to be fixed but it turned out to be under warranty so I was THRILLED to learn that they would order me a new one under warranty. 80,000 mile check up- what did they check? So I took it in for an 80,000 mile check-up and I feel like they did not really check anything. I mean do they check the belts and tail lights and ho So I took it in for an 80,000 mile check-up and I feel like they did not really check anything. I mean do they check the belts and tail lights and how about my horn? My horn was actually sounding not as loud as it should. But even after the check-up- not any louder. Did they not check car fuses? They always want to do things to charge more than anticipated. But I can't find another place that services Mazda. More
