Oil Change/Other Service I went in for an oil change and found out that I needed another service. They performed the services in good time and set me up with a payment plan. The only thing I wasn't happy about is the wash and vacuum they promised me. The car was half washed and not vacuumed at all. Don't offer something if you're not going to deliver it. More
Better communication and attention to detail needed Went in for two factory recalls. Windshield wipers and touch screen. They reinstalled one but never checked the reinstalled part (the recalled part) which was in worse shape than the one they replaced. Meaning I had to come back to have entire system checked. This is very inconvenient considering I live outside of the metro Atlanta area. I appreciate them washing and detailing my car. But would prefer they actually did the work that I wanted after $75 for a oil change but fail to put the hubcap ( that was in the truck) back on. I was informed that the touch screen was out of stock and on back order. (Does it mean they have ordered and will call..I don't know). They were pleasant enough and the waiting room comfortable is why I rated them Fair. I was give a loaner thinking mine would be done that day ( I hung around in the city). Only to return before closing to be told they weren't going to look at the car till Monday ( this was Saturday). The service department has to work on their attention to detail and better communication. I was even billed for the recall work! (It was eventually taken care of) More
Mazda 6 A/c Repair My sons 2009 Mazda 6 was not blowing cold air. had it checked out of town and was told it was evaporator which requires removing entire dash. Decided to bring it to dealership due to the complex repair. Jim Ellis' tech team found no leak and recharged the system. Said if it happens again to bring it in. Only issue was miscommunication in when car was ready, which was explained and handled very well. More

Most of the time. With caveats I have had a lot of trouble at times with this Service Center. They, At times, repaired things that I did not asked to have repaired and continually I have had a lot of trouble at times with this Service Center. They, At times, repaired things that I did not asked to have repaired and continually remove reminder stickers off my car that did not belong to their work, such as tire rotation reminders from other places. After a major repair, that they knew had to be checked carefully, I was allowed to leave and had a flat tire in the dark and in a rain storm, Due to” Minimum requirement“ checks. That being said, Other than when we are at direct odds due to problems, they are always very nice and friendly staff. I believe much of this has stemmed from the fact that I feel that I was sold a used car from them with lots of hidden problems. More
