Multiple issues with a new car I bought a 2018 Mazda 6 in March of 2019, and have had nothing but problems since then. I have been back to the dealer no less than 10 times already, I bought a 2018 Mazda 6 in March of 2019, and have had nothing but problems since then. I have been back to the dealer no less than 10 times already, and after fixing an infotainment problem, just got a radar sensor and AT transmission issue pop up. Is it the car? Is it the service center? I just don’t know More

Okay experience but could’ve easily been great. I made an appointment and came from about 30 miles away. Arrived on time. I had ordered new floor mats, needed a new key made and programmed, and a I made an appointment and came from about 30 miles away. Arrived on time. I had ordered new floor mats, needed a new key made and programmed, and an update to the navigation system under warranty. I was aware of all the costs but didn’t ask for how long it would take to do these two things. Actually the mats were ready and a nice guy from service actually installed them for me so that was a nice unexpected plus. But it took about 2 hours to do a software update on the nav system and make a key? Seems excessive but that didn’t bother me too much because the waiting area was super nice with drinks, snacks, comfortable seating etc. when I finally checked out, there was a charge I didn’t understand...somewhere around $20 and I asked about it. The girl said “it’s just a shop fee that we add to every bill”. I’m thinking, hmmm, was my car even in the shop? For a new key and a software upgrade? I asked twice about it and she just shrugged her shoulders and i was clear that it didn’t mKe sense to me and that I was unhappy about it. So I paid it rather than fight or wait for someone to explain (which she never offered to do). But I just left with a bad taste. I would give them another chance, for sure, but I will be certain to understand all the charges and the length of time I should expect to be there. More
