I made an appointment to have Apple CarPlay installed. I was able to show up at my appointment time and be seen right away. never again Heater stopped working. Less than two weeks after buying the car, but that’s immaterial since there’s no warranty. Brought the car in, waited. Aft Heater stopped working. Less than two weeks after buying the car, but that’s immaterial since there’s no warranty. Brought the car in, waited. After testing, was told the heater core needed replaced. And the part would have to be ordered. I asked the service rep how sure he was of that. He talked to the mechanic and relayed along taking temperature readings at the radiator and at the core, behind the glove box. We’ll come back to this. While waiting to see how long it would be to get the core, I googled the repair. Knowing most of the dash comes out, I was not surprised to see online estimates between $500 and $850. I guessed the dealer price would be more like $1000. So I was not prepared for the estimate to be $2200. It’s now Friday evening, and I’m taking my car home. Service rep says he’ll call Mazda Monday morning to see about the part and if it could be cheaper. On the way home, I hit a bump while turning, and suddenly I have heat. I can’t change the temperature, but it works. Get home, google this problem, find a two minute video that shows the control arm has come off the mixing valve. Behind the glove box. So it should have been Real obvious to the mechanic. So a 15 minute fix (I had to walk out to my car). I also found out, this is a known problem for my Mazda, so there’s an updated, stronger, replacement part. It will cost me $22 with shipping, if it ever breaks again. I stopped by on Saturday to let the service rep know not to bother. And to hand him the Mazda bulletin number. He wasn’t in, and Eddie said he’d pass it on. Didn’t ask anything about it. I won’t be back. More

There were snacks, Coffey, tables, magazines TV everything to make you feel comfortable. I think that that aspect of feeling comfortable and relaxed helps especially when you have to spend money on your car so over all it was a great experience. More

My vehicle was purchased brand new from jim ellis marietta in 2017 and was under warranty when I called about the dangerous stalling/electrical issues it was having with my mazda3. They tried to give me the run around on fixing it as well when the car only had 20000 miles on it. Any new vehicle these days comes with a 36k mile btb warranty, im not stupid like I was treated. I have purchased all of my cars from jim ellis but was very disappointed with the way they treated my situiation and the level of service was less than what id expect and have come.to know from them. My car was stalling when in drive, very dangerous. More
