Wasn’t pleased with service. Went in for oil change, brake light warning light on, and infotainment issues, particularly maps not loading in cold weather. First question - would you like to buy apple pl brake light warning light on, and infotainment issues, particularly maps not loading in cold weather. First question - would you like to buy apple play for $400? Ended up getting a update at no charge but didn’t fix the issue, still the infotainment system reboots several times on cold mornings. Since come to learn it is a sign of a weak battery. The service visit ended up costing me 400 for brakes and another 600 or so for filters, etc. Felt totally violated. Won’t come back. More

Most recent visit was for a recall. I made an appointment, got right in and was provided an estimated time for completion. I was then taken to a fantastic waiting area and was kept informed of th appointment, got right in and was provided an estimated time for completion. I was then taken to a fantastic waiting area and was kept informed of the repair progress and the car was returned to me 30 minutes sooner than expected. They have a great service department. More
